Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at True TCG. We aim to get your orders dispatched securely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Handling Times


  • Standard Handling: All orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the following business day.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a secondary email containing tracking details as soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across the United Kingdom (including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are realistic estimates provided by our couriers and are not legally binding guarantees. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

3. Pre-Order Policy


  • Merged Shipments: If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and dispatched together once the final pre-order product officially releases.
  • Separate Shipments: If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
  • Release Date Changes: Official release dates for Pokémon products are set by The Pokémon Company International and are subject to change. True TCG is not liable for manufacturing or distributor delays affecting release dates.

4. Delivery Integrity & Passing of Risk

In strict compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Our Responsibility: True TCG remains legally responsible for the safety, transit, and condition of your goods while they are in transit.
  • Passing of Risk: Legal risk and ownership of the goods transfer to you only when the physical items are delivered into your possession, left in a safe place you have explicitly designated to the carrier, or accepted by a neighbor on your behalf.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments


  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your packaging upon delivery. If your parcel arrives visibly crushed, torn, or tampered with, please take photos before opening and notify us within 48 hours at truetcguk@gmail.com.
  • Lost Parcels: A parcel is not classified as legally "lost" by UK couriers until 10 business days have passed from the expected delivery date. If your tracking status has stalled, please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

6. Incorrect Address Details & Failed Delivery Attempts


  • Customer Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. True TCG is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  • Returned to Sender: If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address, or because it was left uncollected at a local sorting office after a failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom.
